Cost Rollup for a new Parent Item PA1, where BOM effective date is future date

Hi,

I am looking for some help on Cost rollup (Cost Freeze). Let me try to explain the issue.

I am having a Parent Item PA1 with bill of materials as below with PA2 and PA3 in 2nd, 3rd level, Where the effective date starts from 01/03/2013.
