AME : Getting the following : "The attribute ALLOW_EMPTY_APPROVAL_GROUPS is not available in the tra

Hi,We are using AME and we recently migrated the code to the testing instance.
We are getting the following error message:

The attribute ALLOW_EMPTY_APPROVAL_GROUPS is not available in the transaction type.
===============================================

Even when i set the attribute to a value of true , even then it is prompting the same error message.

Is there anything that we missed.
We never faced these issues in Development instance.

Any help is appreciated.
