How to Control the Labels in the Dispatch Center Gantt Chart

Hi,

In R12, by default, in the gantt chart of dispatch center, tasks are displayed in the blue bar for each resources and labelled as Task number by default. Is there any configuration to change it based on our need, (Like Customer name and task name instead of task Number) . "CSF: Display Label on Task" profile option just makes the label on and off but couldnt find any configuration for changing the labels
