Investigation into possible Issue with Disability Screen Readers interpreting live links via On Dema

Hi,Has anyone any experience of On Demand Marketing and Disablity Screen Readers ?

I need to find out if On Demand Marketing can allow disabled individuals utilising screen readers reading e mails issued via ODM or if they are unable to interpret live URL and Attachment links due to the extensive link data via multiple servers.

Any experiences of similar On Demand Marketing and Disablity Screen Readers or any issues and potential resolutions would be welcome as we have a large disabled target audience and must meet very strict Diversity requirements. OCS have said that ODM might follow accessibility guidlines but is not being tested and scrutinized but I need to find out if ODM actually works under this criteria please.
