Is there somehow to wrap a PL/SQL code using some Java library?

 Hi Folks,

I need some help.
We need to wrap a PL/SQL code in an environment without Oracle Database/Client installed, so we are trying to find somehow to call Java Library to do that task but I don't know if exist this kind of library on Java.

Someone have any idea how it can be done?
