Validating XML strictly against WSDL for Outbound WebServices

Hi,

Is there any way in Siebel to validate XML generated thru IO instance against WSDL provided by external system ? We have a scenario where middleware ESB has provided a WSDL to Siebel that has schema definition that defines number of digits after decimal, enumerations etc

Do we have any facility in Siebel to error out if the queried field is violating rules defined inthe WSDL  and do not send the ourbound SOAP until it meets all the constraints?

I'm using SIebel 8.1.1.8.
