Question regarding Queue & Funnel Management

Hi All,

We are new to this module and have a few questions regarding funnel and queue management.

 We are sending emails out to prospects that has a web form, once they fill it and submit it, we normally receive an email with all the details. We would like to automate this process so that that instead of getting email, it should directly be created as a lead in CRM OD. I know this can be done only through registrations and publishing through CRM On Demand queue, but dont know how to do it. I have seen all the webinars but they dont explain how to configure funnels and queues.
