Upgrading Oracle Applications and Oracle Financial Analyzer

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 in the near future and we are currently using "Oracle Financial Analyzer" release 11i (version 6.367) for our data warehouse. We will not be replacing OFA with the Applications upgrade, but we currently use the GL Link process that integrates OFA with GL. Since the GL Link process in not supported in R12 I am putting together information for management that would list all our options available to deal with this issue in R12 without replacing OFA.
I am wondering if anyone has been in this same situation and what they did to resolve this issue?
