SQL query for users

Looking at my log files I appear to have a user but I can't find that account using Agile WLS interface.
The log entry

'neen' is our company shorthand for 'Neenah' the town we are based in.

However I looked for this in Agile and searching for user 'neen2.1' did not find anything, nor did searching for 'neen'.

I'm kind of wondering if there aren't users in Agile that aren't showing up in the web interface.
