Kanban issues

Hi SMEs

Can someone help me to resolve following issues(inventory kanban 11i- Discrete)

1. We have two 2 bin system. Whenever system onhand quantity goes down below one bin (CARD)size qty, We need to update kanban card Status as empty.. then it will go to auto replenishment. We don't want to scan or update the card status as Empty MANAULLY.

2.Also i want to pull the kanban size based on MRP or Forecast for INTERNAL Kanban. Is there any solution
