Which responsibility id to run Receivables Transaction Data Data Collection

I have been asked to run the Orace Receivable Transaction Data Data Collection using Oracle Diag Tool, Note ID 223834.1

To execute the test, <font color="#000080"><b>do</b></font> the following: 
Login to Oracle E-Business Suite 
Select the responsibility <font color="#ff0000">"Oracle Diagnostics Tool"</font> (see 

As per above option, I am not clear which responsibility id i need to use to run this?

When i select from LOV, i see only Receivables Tax User US/CA for me as i have only this responsibility other than system administrator responsibility.So, It is becos i dont have responsibility of Receivable Transaction Superuser US, i dont find any other responsibility id???
