Problems uploading files to My Oracle Support?

There is an Oracle Security Alert - Oracle Java 7 Security Manager Bypass Vulnerability. Please see:

If you are using Internet Explorer (IE) and are seeing errors when attempting to upload files to your service requests, please take the following steps to resolve the errors:

1. In the Internet Explorer browser, select Tools > Internet Security tab
2. Select Zone = Internet
3. Under Custom, Click on "Custom Level..."
4. Scroll about half way down and set "Include local directory path when uploading files to the server" to Enable.
