Transfer raw materials from average cost inv org to a standard cost inv org

I need to transfer raw material from an inventory org where using average cost

to anotrher inventory org where using standard costing

Item A in inventory X the average cost is 10

Item A in inventory Y the standard cost is 13

Transfer item A qty 100 from inv X to inv Y , what will be the cost of item A in inv Y

the purchase price variance will be affected also?
