fmadm faulty not reporting hardware failure

Hello,I have an M5000 that has a failed PSU, yet fmadm faulty does not report it, but I see it has failed in the XSCFU.

Here is XSCFU:

*   PSU#3 Status:Faulted; Serial:0017527-0744012383;
        + FRU-Part-Number:CF00300-2011 0150 /300-2011-01-50;
        + Power_Status:Off; AC:200 V;


Here is Solaris.
