Upgrading NCS & EXLM

Currently running NCS (HSC, SMC, etc.) 6.1 and EXLM 6.0

Would like to upgrade to more current version. Did some research on products and have some questions:

1) Looks like ELS may be a newer version of NCS, is that a better option than NCS 6.2?

2) Would like to make sure we receive full set of installation roadmap/documentation as well as full complement of software. What's the best way to order?

Spent some additional time reviewing the versions of ELS.  Installation notes indicate ELS 7.2 is not compatible with HSC  6.1, so looks like ELS 7.1 is the best option for us at this time.
