Problem Description

After applying patch 13499934, we have new error messages in "OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Order" API:
"ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package OE_Order_PUB Procedure Process_Order"

We have error messages in Sales Order Form, too:
"ORA-04063: has errors / ORA-01403: no data found / ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package Oe_Oe_Form_Line Procedure Change Attribute"
