Issue on removing exisitng items from the structure

Hi Experts,

I am facing a strange issue, we have created a structure and published the structure to external system( Siebel) it went in success. When I made some changes in existing structure as remove existing items from structure and publishing it. The excepted result is that it should remove those items/products from the External system(Siebel). But this is not happening after we publish also the product still appears in the structure(Siebel).

 

When I add the new items to existing structure its working fine.

 

So the issue is when I am trying to remove existing items from the structure we are facing any issue.
