WO Billing to Rental Customer

 Hi
It is related to both Oracle Property and Oracle eAM, 
I have a rental customer for a property. To that customer I also provide adhoc maintenance and for those facility I charge/bill the amount to that customer.
Now I want to know whether to generate invoice from eAM or from Oracle Property for that maintenance job. 
Is there any integration between the WO billing generated from Oracle eAM to Oracle property customer.
