Time out Request And Cancellation Notification On Oracle SSHR R12

 Dear All , 

did the system send a notification after run the  (Workflow Background Process) with (Process Timeout = Yes) to the person that did not do the action told him that your request has been canceled.
If not is there any standard solution to to the person about the cancellation of this request
