Issue with Solution Explorer in JDE 8.12

I am using JDE 8.12 with Tools Release 8.96 with Windows XP SP 3
When I starting JDE Solution Explorer, I frequently get the "Not Responding" screen. After this I need to restart my PC. Its quite annoying and time consuming.
Let me please know that what are the processes in Windows Services(services.msc) corresponding to JDE so that I can restart those to resume work with JDE Solution Explorer.
