Script to query discreate job prefix for each responsibility

Hi,
When planned orders are released from ASCP, system creates discrete jobs in ERP with a specific prefix corresponding to the responsibility. We can able to see these info from the profile option "WIP:Discrete job Prefix" under each responsibility.

Is there any way to query all this information from backend ? (Responsibility Name and Prefix)
