hi all,

i am using oracle database enterprise edition 11.2.0.3 on this i have installed apex 4.2 and listener 2.0 and listener is configure with weblogic 11.1.1.3 

when i access this url = http://192.168.38.114:7001/apex/

it shows me 


This installation has not yet been configured

Please consult your Oracle Application Express Listener documentation for instructions on how to complete configuration of this instance.

This instance is using the following configuration folder: 

/tmp/apex/apex

i dont know why which step i missed or what should i do know i successfully follow this document the url is this
