Oracle MWA / MSCA Customization

 Hi,
Oracle states that the only way to perform a move transaction or a move and complete transaction on a serialized WIP job is through MSCA (or MWA in an earlier version). Has anyone been able to write a custom program that will perform move and move complete transactions on a serialized WIP job?
