HOW TO - MOVE SAN DISK between HPUX and SOLARIS (JFS To ZFS) , (JFS to UFS)

I want to detach a EMC CLARRION LUN from HPUX11v3 HOST (JFS -VxFS) and Attache the LUN on to SOLARIS 10 HOST (UFS or ZFS).Problem Solaris HOST wont recognize JFS. Are there any conversion tools to do JFS-> ZFS / JFS -> UFS ?

Also, is there any common FS compatible by both HPUX and SOLARIS?

Alternatively, I have to FTP the data from HPUX host to SOLARIS HOST. Which is time consuming process - considering a TB of data.
Moving the LUN between the system saves time.
