Rerating Pipeline

Hi,

We configured backout & rerating pipeline and it is working fine. we followed below steps

Eg:- old price 2 Rs / Min

Updated price 4 Rs / Min ( Step 4)

1. Rated CDR using main rating pipeline and loaded into EB.

2. Extracted loaded events using pin_event_extract

3.stopped all main rating pipelines

4. Changed the price using pricing center

5. Passed Extracted file into backout pipeline

6. we got output amount in negative

7. passed the backout output to rerate pipeline

8. CDR is Rerated but amount is not changed as per Step4.

can anyone tell me whether we missed any steps ?

what are all the scenarios that we can rerate ?
