11i : we want to know on what modules patch is affecting

Hi,

we have applied below OCT 2012 security patches to our EBS instance.

Patch#14321241 - ORACLE Applications With 11i.ATG_PF.H RUP6: CPU Consolidated Patch For OCT 2012  and language patches.

we applied this patch with apply=no options but with apply=no option is not working for this patch.

we did not found anything log files.

could you please let us know on which modules and files patch is effecting ?
