Tools Update Error/Exception: UNCAUGHT_RUNTIME

Hi Everyone,  I'm setting up a completely new JDE 9.1 installation that will eventually use an iSeries as the enterprise server.  I'm currently working on the deployment server, and was able to get 9.1 installed, and am able to log into that installation (the planner environment at least).  I'm trying to update it to 9.1 Update 2, but I get an exception/error.  Below is the section of the log that corresponds to the error:
