Cost of Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage (box 12 code DD) and EFW2 file

Q: According to the IRS specification http://www.socialsecurity.gov/employer/efw/12efw2.pdf the Cost of Employer sponsored Health Care should be reported in Box 12 of the employee W-2 form (preceeding the amount with IRS code DD) as well as in the EFW2 file in the RW record in position 463-473.  How do you get the Cost of Employer sponsored Health Care on both the employee W-2 form as well as in the EFW2 file for the SSA?

A: From menu G0742 take DBA setup option (P069117).  Inquire on your Employer sponsored Health Care DBA then press F20 (Shift F8) to exit to the Year-End Parameters.  From here, locate the W-2 IRS Defined Code field (SPW2) and type in code DD, press enter twice to add the IRS code to this DBA.  When you build your W-2 work file and you special handle this DBA to Box 12 and then attach Box 12 to your work file build ID and submit, the amount of this DBA as well as code DD will display on the W-2 form.  Furthermore, this DBA amount will also be in your
