IBM zS: SPUJan2013 10.2.0.3 for z/OS

The quarterly cumulative patch and Security Patch Update for z/OS was released on 15 January 2013 -
Bug 14841486 - DATABASE SECURITY PATCH UPDATE 10.2.0.3.0 (CPUJAN2013)

This latest cumulative patch includes additional non-security bug fixes, as follows -

Bug 16004641 - ABEND S0C4 IN ORACICS.CICADP WITH WAIT=NO AND ALL THREADS IN USE
Bug 14494219 - QUERYING CHAR COLUMNS ACCROSS A DB2 GATEWAY FAILS WITH INCONSISTENT METADATA
Bug 13877007 - ORA-600 [KOKEGPINLOB1] DURING INSERT OPERATION
Bug 6041317 - OERI[KZASQLBINDLOB1] INSERTING DATA 0X00 INTO CHAR WITH AUDIT_TRAIL=DB_EXTENDED
