W2 Box 12 DD - Health Care Act Reporting multiple DBA issue

Our understanding of the act requires the total cost of health care benefits to be reported in box 12 with code DD. This includes employee and employer portions of the cost. We are having an issue with the special handling not combining the 2 DBAs into box 12 and instead only the amount of 1 DBA is pulling into the box. Anyone else having this issue? Both DBAs are setup on special handling.
