1099 forms misalined

Hi,

Is there a way of fixing the output created by EBS 12.06 when running the request to make 1099 forms? Our accountant wants to use the IRS supplied forms, therefore using the PDF form supplied in EBS does not work for us. When running the request, if it is sent to a printer, the first line comes out with characters that are not printable, then the form goes out of alignment. When sending it to an output file, the text can be manipulated but again is not comming out right.

Any ideas on how to fix the issue?
