    Cannot upload attachments to SR's

    When ever I try to upload and attachment to an SR, it fails right away and indicated the document is a zero byte document.  It is not zero byte.

    What has changed with uploading attachments to SR's?  Are there specific security settings?  I was always able to upload in the past.

     Please advise
