Patch 3264822 11i.CAC.B erroring

 Hi,

Apps 11i.


Customer is wanting to apply Patch 10111967 RUP23 which has several pre req patches.
One of them is 3264822 - Currently applying but with error


Enter the directory where your Oracle Applications patch has been unloaded

The default directory is [/RUP23 PATCHES/3264822] : /RUP23 PATCHES/3264822

Unable to open test file
/RUP23 PATCHES/3264822/test.txt

AutoPatch error:
AutoPatch stores backup files under your patch directory.
  Because of this, your patch directory must be writable.

  Please change permissions on your patch directory so that it can be
  written by the user currently running AutoPatch.
