when I apatch 10096115:R12.AP.B , system warning Patch's intended release is "12.0.0" Your current

I run this patch is because when I did the update from 11.5.9 to R12.1.1, ran the job "arcbrptu.sql" ,took me more than 48 hours. As the suggestion from support to run the patc " 10096115:R12.AP.B", but the system warning :ch's intended release is "12.0.0" Your   current   release is "11.5.9".

Is there anyone meet the same issue , or any experts know the solution for this issue?
