How to Identify the column names in VENDOR CREATION (JAVA PAGE) FORM - R12

Hi All,
Please help me in identifying the column in the table where vendor information are stored...For instance I have entered some default reporting registration number in the vendor creation tax details, but I could not see the values anywhere in the table viz. AP_SUPPLIERS, AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL.

I have tried viewing about this page button (please refer the attachment), but unable to proceed further in identifying the column in the table.

We are in EBS 12.1.1
