What is the latest EBusiness Tax (EBTax) Rule Engine Patch?

As per the Note 1301356.1, the fix is provided as below

The tax rule engine code is maintained in the file zxdirulenginpvtb.pls

The latest versions of this file are:

12.0
Patch 12612699:R12.ZX.A   Version 120.107.12000000.57

12.1
Patch 13507505:R12.ZX.B Version 120.124.12010000.38

We are with the version 12.1.3

Is the Patch# 13507505 the latest patch for the Rule Engine?
