Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. witholding tax invoice is not creating?

Hi,

When i pay the invoice,witholding tax deduct but poput window of withholding tax and invoice of witholding tax is not creating?why?

But witholding tax amount is calculating on standard invoice and deducting at the time of payment.

Setup is deduct at the time of payment and create witholding invoice at the time of payment.But no found witholding tax invoice?
