Patch 13418800 : R12 : HR : Is Release 12.1.3 a pre-requisite for applying HRMS RUP 5 (#13418800) ?

Hi there

We are on Release 12.1.2, and are planning the application of Patch #13418800
(R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5)

The 'infrastructure' section in Note #145837.1 seems to be implying that we must
upgrade to the full 12.1.3 version before applying the HR RUB 5 patch.

Please can you clarify?
