Need an API for doing the receipts

 Hi,Can any body help me in knowing the receipt creation with out using the the open interface tables(i.e rcv_headers_interface,rcv_transactions_interface)

right now i am using the open interface tables  by inserting the data into the interface tables once after insertion is done i am launching the receiving transaction processor

which is using to cause an performance issue

Is there any public or private API for doing the receipts and rcv_transactions with out using the interface tables
