IHelp Migration : Designer applet show inconsistent schema

Our configuration is :

  Server  : AIX 6.100-02-01-0847

  Web Server : IBM HTTP Server 7
 
After installation of version 8.1.1.5 from 7.7 SEA following migration step 7.7 SEA=> 8.1.0.0 SEA =>8.1.0.0 SIA + patch 8.1.1.5 : Designerapplet show inconsistent schema. Then no Ihelp doesnot appear for end users. (see screen shot in attachment)
