Able to unrelease the Lot based job when there are transactions which are yet to get costed

Hi Gurus,

I have faced one issue while doing one root cause for Uncosted Material Transactions.

Issue:

Users are able to  unrelease the Lot based job when there are transactions which are yet to get costed where as it is not possible in Discrete jobs. It is throwing error while releasing the job.

I would like to understand why the same functionality is not available for Lot Based Jobs.

I am enclosing the attachment which contains the various test scenarious.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
