" ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource" error 11.2.0.3 RAC environment

 We are "ORA-60" error while submitting orders and this issue is not occurring on stand alone environment. Any bug in 11.2.0.3?
Caused by: com.mslv.oms.metadatahandler.dataaccesslayer.ProxyException: ORA-20114: Oracle runtime error. ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
