The XML file selected is invalid - gets failed in FDM migration

Hi All,

I have exported FDM application from FDM 11.1.2.1 in DEVELOPMENT Enviornment I am trying to import FDM application in QA, I am getting error "3107- The XML file selected is invalid" during import process. Anybody have experience this error?
