FSG Report - works for some but not for others

We have an FSG report that was defined years ago.  We've not made any changes to it in years.  One of our accountants has been running it each period.  No problem.  Completes normally with appropriate content. 

The account left and turned the running of the FSG over to the new GL manager.  When he tries to run the report it ends in Error.  The debug log shows

/oatst/oracle/oatstappl/rg/11.5.0/bin/RGRARG
Program was terminated by signal 10

We brought the accountant back in and had her try running it again.  No problem.

Using the General Ledger Super User responsibility I ran it as well.  Same parameters - no problem.  Completed normally.
