Question on 2012 CPU patch: If we need to apply 13705478 patch for 2012 CPU on eBusiness R12.1.2 database.

I just want to get information about 2012 Oct CPU patching. We found from doc. 1477727.1 that there is patch 13705478 listed under main patch 14390377 and  titled OC4J PATCH FOR CVE-2011-5035. We are not sure if this apply to our Oracle home. We are trying to patch Oralce home for eBusiness R12.1.2 RDBMS Home. Also there are 5 items under this patch on metalink to download all for generic platform. If need to apply which one we should use.
