ESU Install issues - Customization Object Analyzer

Hi,

I am unable to install the ESU for Customization Object Analyzer (JK22422) in 8.12. As soon as I launch the install I get an error that control table merge failed. I tried to by pass the control table merge and do only the spec merge which also fails as soon as it is launched.

Is this dependent on tools release ? Has anyone got this installed on a release other than 9.1.
