Patch 10227778:R12.AR.B - Causes Many Invalid AR Form Objects

After applying patch  Patch 10227778 suggested in SR some of the files did not generate successfully.
attaching  files with issue in "issue_with_patch.txt."

Patch was suggested based on research and the issue of signal 10 faced by the customer .
It is also in the note below
