Drill down on Cost Management Journal

We have two legal entities set up in one R12 environment. When drilling down on a cost management journal, clicking on View Transaction button opens form "Receipt Transaction Summary" (RCVRCVRC) for one of the legal entities whereas the other one opens form "Accounting Events" (CSTFQRAE). Anybody knows why that is?
