R01800P Address Book Purge

Since the commission information was moved from F03012 Customer Master to F42140 Customer Master Commission Information, should the R01800P Address Book Purge also purge records from the F42140?

When I search all sources in My Oracle Support for "R01800P", two of the results I get are Note 359797.1 and Note 659799.1.  Both of these articles give the "Document cannot be displayed" error.
