12889732 12.1.3 Errors after manually compiling AR forms Linux x86

We applied patch #12889732 to correct the issue with customer names over 50 characters.
The issue is fixed and forms are valid in the Appscheck report.
But when our DBA tries to compile the forms manually he is getting the following errors:
ARBRMAIN - FRM-30442: Warning: Required property ignored for subordinate mirror item RMAI_HEADER.LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME
ARXRWBAT - FRM-30438: Warning: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger ignored for subordinate mirror item AR_BATCHES_SUM.M_BATCH_SOURCE_NAME
ARBRPORT - FRM-30431: Warning: Duplicate column name REMIT_BANK_ACCT_USE_ID in block PORTFOLIO_MAIN
ARXSUVAT - FRM-30440: Warning: Copy Value from Item ignored for subordinate mirror item AR_VAT_TAX.TAX_ACCOUNT_ID2
